Terms of Service
Effective date: August 12, 2026 · Last updated: August 12, 2026
These terms cover your use of NetOrderFlow at netorderflow.com. Using the service means you accept them.
The agreement
NetOrderFlow is for business use. By creating an account you confirm you're authorized to accept these terms on behalf of your organization, and that the organization is bound by them.
Accounts
Keep your credentials safe and don't share them. You're responsible for activity under your account. Admins are responsible for who they invite and for deactivating people who leave.
Trials, plans, and billing
- New organizations get a 14-day free trial. No card is required to start.
- When the trial ends you can still sign in and read your data, but you can't create new orders until you choose a plan.
- Paid plans bill monthly through Stripe. Starter is $49/mo for 3 users, Team is $99/mo for 8 users, and Business is $149/mo for 15 users. Active users beyond the included count are $10/mo each.
- You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month — your access continues until then, and we don't provide partial refunds for the remainder of a month.
Your data
Your organization owns the data it enters and imports. You grant us only the license needed to host, process, back up, and display that data so the service works for you.
Your responsibility for imports
NetOrderFlow generates CSV files for you to review. You are responsible for reviewing files before importing them into NetSuite or any other system, and for the results of those imports.
Trademarks
NetSuite is a registered trademark of Oracle and/or its affiliates. NetOrderFlow is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Oracle or NetSuite.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful use of the service.
- No attempting to access another organization's data or accounts.
- No reselling or sublicensing the service.
- No automated scraping of the app.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
Termination
You can cancel at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes
We'll post updates on this page and revise the date at the top. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept it.
